1200m² Multi-purpose School Hall built as part of the BER program. The hall consists of an entry foyer, kitchenette for food preparation, amenities, store rooms and raised stage with disabled access. Robust, low maintenance materials were selected to reduce ongoing operational costs.


Natural ventilation, natural lighting and acoustic attenuation provides an energy efficient, thermally comfortable building all year round.


8i Architects was employed by FKG under a Design and Construct contract to complete the documentation of the works within a restricted time frame.


The building was delivered on time and within budget.
